Halloween - Trick or Treating 10/31

The City of Moore recognizes October 31 as the date for traditional, residential door-to-door trick or treating.

Residents are welcome to participate at their discretion. There are no start/stop times declared. The traditional indication a resident is participating is a porch light “on” when handing out candy. A porch light “off” indicates a resident is not offering treats.
