UPDATE 08/26/24: There is a delay in opening Bryant Ave to SE 4th St. The heavy rains received over the past 6 weeks have caused the bottom of the channel to become unstable due to the continued inflow of groundwater from the bottom and sides of the channel.  A stable bottom is necessary to support the structural improvements. The design engineer is working on a solution to address the groundwater inflow. Once the solution is finalized an update will be posted here.  Also, once we have a completion date, we will update it here.
