Haunt Old Town

Saturday, October 25, 2014 - 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Haunt Old Town is a night of free family activities in Old Town Moore, for safe trick or treating and Halloween Fun.  The streets will be shut down in the Old Town area for parents and kids walking in the Old Town area.   Some of the activities will be:  Clowns; Face Painting; Candy; Inflatable's ; Extreme Animals; Food Trucks; Music; Pumpkin Decorating; Free Carriage Rides and safe trick or treating in the streets!  Bring your whole family down to Old Town Moore. 

The Moore Public Library will be open and will have activities in Rooms A&B:  They will be having:  Insect Petting Zoo; Face Painting; Monster Make-up; Inflatable in front of the Library and Crafts for all ages!   Make sure you check them out as you are heading into the Old Town area.  They will be open from 4 to 7pm!  

This event will happen RAIN OR SHINE

The Moore Community Center will not be having its Halloween Festival this year.  We will be moving vendors and activities to the Old Town area.   Please come by and see us in front of the new Public Safety building! 


 

Old Town Moore

The original town site comprised a small area bounded by the present NE 3rd Street on the north and SE 4th Street on the south; the eastern limit was situated about one and a half blocks east of the railroad and the western edge about two and a half blocks west of the railroad. The original town site became known as Old Town.
