Our trainers will work with you one-on-one to provide encouragement, motivation and accountability. Philosophy
I believe in sustainability first—what kind of workout schedule can a client commit to...forever? If a client is amenable to some form of resistance training, I believe that a focus on building strength and muscle in the gym results in disproportionate benefits for body composition, metabolic health, energy levels, psychological well-being, and every other desirable physical fitness adaptation. Cardio-respiratory training is beneficial for health and longevity, but resistance training is foundational and can even confer some profound cardiovascular benefits.
